Bihun goreng kari
mihun fried with curry

150 gr mihun
1 egg
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
100 gr beef
100 gr tahu/tofu
150g bean sprouts
2 small leeks
1/2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp ketchup
1.5 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
150 ml of water
Cara membuat:
Cut the tahu into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tahu until golden brown and crisp and drain.
Cut the garlic and chilies fine. Cut the meat into thin slices, the leek into small pieces and whisk the egg. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry the garlic and the lomboks for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry until golden brown. Then add the egg and stir until the egg is cooked. Then add the mihun, the tofu and bean sprouts and stir it. Then add the kecaps, the ketchup, the curry powder, the salt, the pepper and add the palm sugar and stir it well. Then add the water and the leek and fry it all until the water is absorbed.
