Sambal Goreng Buncis
spicy green beans
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr green beans
10 chicken liver
3 red lomboks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
250 ml of coconut milk
1 tbsp asam water
3 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
1 tomato
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 red lomboks
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 tsp terasi / trasi bakar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the beans into pieces, the liver into pieces and the lomboks into thin strips. Cut the tomato into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the laos and the lomboks for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato and fry until soft. Then add the liver and fry until they change color. Then add the beans, salt, palm sugar and coconut milk and cook until the oil is released. Then add the asam water and cook until done.
