fried bean sprouts from Bogor
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr bean sprouts
50 g egg noodles, cooked
200 gr oncom/tempe
100 gr tahu
4 lontong
10 stalks of Chinese chives
8 tbsp taoco
4 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
600 ml of water
oil

6 red lomboks
5 red rawits
7 shallots
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tahu into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tahu until golden brown and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the chives into 3 cm pieces. Cut the lontong into pieces. Cut the tempe into cubes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the taoco for 5 minutes. Then add the tempe and mix well. Then add the water, salt and palm sugar and bring to the boil. Then add the bean sprouts and mix well and let it stand for 2 minutes and scoop it out of the pan.
Mix the bean sprouts, the tahu, the lontong and the noodles in a bowl. Then spoon the sauce over it and sprinkle the chives on top and serve.
