Taoge Goreng
stir-fried bean sprouts with tempe in spicy sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
200 g bean sprouts
50 g egg noodles, cooked
200 g oncom/tempe
200 g tahu kuning
2 ketupak
10 Chinese chives
8 tbsp taoco
1/2 tsp palm sugar
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
600 ml water
oil

7 shallots
6 red lomboks
5 red rawits
Cara membuat:

Cut the oncom and tahu kuning into cubes. Cut the ketupak into pieces and the chives into 3 cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tahu until golden brown and set aside. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the taoco for 5 minutes. Then add the oncom and mix well.
Then add the kecap, the water, the palm sugar and the salt and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the bean sprouts and mix well into a sauce.
Scoop the tofu, the noodles, the ketupak into a bowl and spoon the sauce over it. Sprinkle the chives over it and serve.
