Spicy bamboo shoots with shrimp


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
100g bamboo shoots, cooked
100g small shrimp, peeled
5 petai/peteh beans
4 red rawits
3 green lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
150ml thick coconut milk
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
5 red lomboks

Cara membuat:
Preparation:
Cut the bamboo shoots into thin slices. Halve the rawits and thinly slice the lomboks. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the lomboks and rawits and cook until soft. Then add the petai, bamboo shoots, and shrimp and cook until the shrimp change color.
Finally, add the salt and coconut milk and cook until tender.
