Kare Sayur
spicy vegetable curry
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr mixed vegetables (cabbage, long beans, leek, bell pepper)
2 tbsp grated coconut
150 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 cm kunyit (curcuma)
1 tbsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 tsp jinten (cumin)
3 red lomboks (large chilies)
3 shallots
5 kemiri (candle nuts)

2 hardboiled eggs
Cara membuat:
preperation/method;
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Clean the vegetables and cut it into pieces or slices. Heat in a pan the water and blanche the vegetables for a few minutes and drain them. Peel the eggs and cut them into slices.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu and the grated coconut for 3 minutes. Then add the vegetables and the santen and let it simmer slowly for 10 minutes until the liquid has thickened and the vegetables are cooked. Garnish it with the egg slices.
