tempe balls with coconut

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr tempe
50g grated coconut
100g chicken mince
2 spring onions
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 eggs
oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves garlic
5 shallots
1/2 tsp ktumbar
2 cm kencur
1/4 teaspoon jinten
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Steam the tempeh until cooked and slice the spring onions finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Beat 1 egg. Mix the tempe, coconut, minced meat, onions, 1 egg, salt and the bumbu and knead into a dough. Shape the dough into 25 balls and roll them through beaten egg. Heat enough oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.
