thai babi kecap / sweet pork


ingredients:
100 gr fat pork (middle bacon)
2 tbsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
100 ml water
2 tbsp kecap manis

preperation/method:
Slice the meat in thin strips. Heat in a wok the water and add the salt, the palmsugar and the kecap. Add the meat and let it cook slowly until the sauce has thickened and caramelised.
