Khao Pad Pong Karic
fried rice with curry
Ingredients:
450 gr rice, cooked
2 cloves of garlic
1 potato, small
1 onion, small
60 gr peas
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
Garnish:
fresh coriander/cilantro, chopped
cucumber slices/cubes
Preparation:
Finely chop the garlic. Cut the potato into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion for 1 minute. Then add the potato and fry until brown on all sides. Then add the rice and mix well. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Fry until done.
Sprinkle the coriander on top and serve with the cucumber.
