spicy cucumber salad

Ingredients:
100 gr cucumber
100 gr carrots
100 gr bambushoots
100 gr bean sprouts
100 gr sai grok (see recipe)
100 gr cooked prawns/shrimps
7 lomboks
2 cloves garlic
3 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp shrimp paste
3 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
1/2 tsp palmsuger
2 tbsp lime juice

Preperation/method:
Grate the cucmber, the carrots and the bambushoots. Slice the tomatoes in parts and the saugage in small slices. Pound or grind the lomboks, the garlic, the shrimp paste, the nam pla and the lime juice into a coarse paste. Mix it withe the remaining ingredients and serve.
