400 g egg noodles (cooked)
3 cloves of garlic

Cut the chicken into thin slices/strips and mix it with the cornstarch, salt and water until everything is coated. Then mix in the sesame oil. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well.
Finely chop the garlic and cut the lomboks into thin strips. Finely chop the spring onion. Cut the bok choy into pieces.
Heat a pan over high heat. Then add 1 tbsp of oil and fry the meat until it changes color and remove it from the pan. Then add the remaining oil and fry the garlic, the lombok and the white part of the spring onion for 30 seconds. Then add the noodles and fry, while stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
Then add the chicken, bok choy and bean sprouts, mix in the sauce and fry until hot. Sprinkle the green part of the spring onion over it and serve.
