Opor Ayam 2
braised chicken in coconut milk
Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
1 chicken (1500 gr)
325 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp asem / tamarinde + 1 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
2 cm laos
2 kaffir lime / jerut purut leaves
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 cm kunyit (turmeric)
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/4 tsp jinten (cumin)
2 cm jahe (ginger)
3 kemiri (candlenuts)
1/2 tsp pepper
120 ml coconut milk
Cara membuat:

Cut the chicken into 8 pieces an rub it in with the lime juice. Roast the chicken on a charcoal fire for 10 minutes. Mix the asem with the water. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 1 minute and then add the coconut milk, the asem, the laos, the palmsugar, the salt and the jerut purut. Add the chicken and let is simmer or slowly cooking for 25 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.
