Tumis Ayam Seledri
fried chicken with celery
Bahan bahan:
1/2 chicken
5 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
4 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
3 small celery stalks
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces. Finely chop the shallot and garlic. Cut the keriting into thin slices. Cut the celery into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic, shallots, keriting and celery for 4 minutes.
Then add the chicken and fry until it changes color. Then add the fish sauce, kecap, palm sugar, salt and pepper and mix well. Then add the water and fry until the chicken is done and the liquid has been absorbed. Serve.
