Fried eggs in a sambal sauce of petis
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
6 eggs, hard boiled
2 cm laos
3 salam leaves
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 1/2 tsp asamwater
750 ml water
oil
Bahan Sambal Petis:
Ingredients sambal:
3 garlic cloves, fried
3 red lomboks
2 tbsp petis
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the eggs golden brown and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the sambal fine into a paste. Grate the laos.
Heat in a pan the water together with the sambal, the laos and the salam and bring to the boil. Add the eggs, kecap, salt and palm sugar and let it simmer slowly until the sauce is drawn into the eggs. Stir in the asam water and serve.
