fried spicy chicken from Bandung (Sunda)


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 g broiler
1 serai/sereh/lemongrass
300 ml coconut water
1 tsp salt
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri/candl nuts, roasted
3 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 cm kunyit, roasted
1 cm jahe/ginger
1/2 tbsp ketumbar

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 4 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken and salt and mix well. Then add the coconut water and cook the chicken until the liquid is absorbed.
Remove the chicken from the pan and let it drain. Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the chicken until brown and serve.
