Ayam Goreng Asem Garem

ingredients:
1 chicken (1200 gr)
2 lemongrass, crushed
2 jerut purut / kaffi lime leaves
3 salam leaves
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves garlic
3 tsp trassi bakar (shrimp paste)
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
5 cm kunyit (kurkuma/yellow root)
3 tbsp asem / tamarinde
200 ml water

Cut the chicken into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients of the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix this with the lemongrass, the salam, the jerut purut and the chicken and let in marinade for at least 12 hours. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken crispy and done
