Spinach with a spicy tomato sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300g bayam / spinach
1 tomato
50 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp lime juice
2 tablespoons oil
water
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 red chilies
2 red rawits
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and blanch the spinach and let it drain. Chop the tomato finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the tomato and fry until soft. Add the water and bring to a boil. Mix in the palm sugar, salt and lime juice and cook for 1 minute. Pour the sauce over the spinach and serve.
