Orak Arik Telur Petai
stir-fry of egg with peteh beans and kecap

5 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 small sweetcorn, cooked
4 shallots
2 red lomboks
75 gr peteh bean
2 tablespoons kecap manis
1/2 tea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons of oil

Cara Membuat:
Beat the eggs with salt and set aside. Remove the corn grain from the cob. Cut the shallots fine and the lomboks into rings.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the shallots and chilies for 3 minutes and slide it to the edge of the pan. Pour the eggs and mix well until it is scrambled. Then add the peteh beans and fry them soft. Then kecap, the corn, the salt and pepper and mix well. Then add the water and stir until until everything thickens.
