Mujair Kuah Kuning
stewed fish in a yellowish sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr ikan mujair (otherwise perch, carp or pike)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp lime juice
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
1000 ml of water
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp lime juice
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
2 cm jahe
3 cm kunyit
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the fish into slices. Grate the laos Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Rub the fish in with the lime juice and the salt and leave it for 15 minutes. Then rinse the fish.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the laos and the serai and cook until the serai softens.
Then add the water and bring to the boil. Then add the fish, the kecap, the palmsugar and the salt and cook until the fish is done. Then mix in 2 tbsp of lime juice and serve.
