shrimp cakes/fritters

ingredients:
250 g medium shrimp, peeled
2 eggs
5 tbsp flour
250 ml thick coconut milk (number, from 1/2 coconut)
4 spring onions
1 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt
oil
Cara membuat:
Preparation:
Finely chop the shrimps and spring onions. Mix this with the eggs, the ketumbar and the salt. Then mix in the flour and coconut milk and form a homogeneous mass.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry 1 tablespoon of the batter until golden brown and done. Then let it drain and serve.
