Gurami Bakar
marinated roasted fish


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr gurami, otherwise trout
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp kecap manis

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri nuts, roasted
4 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit, roasted
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
4 red lomboks

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and score it. Then rub the fish with the lime juice and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then rinse and pat dry.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Rub the fish with the bumbu and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Then roast the fish over a charcoal fire until brown and done. Brush the kecap over the fish and serve.
