Pecel Madium (Jawa Timur)
Mixed vegetables with peanut sauce


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
150g kangkung
75g bean sprouts
50g bayam/wild spinach
50g kenikir leaf/cosmos caudatus
5 kecipir/winged beans
50g lamtoro/petai cina
400g rice, boiled
Water

Bahan bumbu pecel:
ingredients sauce:
100g peanuts
2 red chili peppers
4 red rawits
5 cm kencur
3 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 tsp terasi/trasi bakar
1 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp asam jawa

Pelengkap:
Complementary:
1 bunch kemangi 
tempe goreng 
kerupuk lempeng 

Cara membuat:
Preparation:
Heat Boil/blanch the kangkung, bean sprouts, bayam, kenikir, and kecipir in a pan of water. Drain and cut into pieces. Mix the vegetables well. Thinly slice the lamtoro.

Steam the lomboks and rawits for 10 minutes. Pound or grind the pecel ingredients into a paste, then mix in 250 ml of hot water and stir until smooth.

Divide the rice among plates and top with the mixed vegetables. Spoon the peanut sauce over it and sprinkle with the lamtoro. Serve with the pelengkap.
