ingredients:
600 gr chicken breast
225 gr base kalas (see recipe)
1 sere (lemongrass), crushed
300 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
300 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
1 salam leave
1 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorns, crushed
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:

Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the base slowly for 3 minutes. Then add the sereh, the salam and the chicken and fry it for 2 minutes. Add the salt and the pepper. Then the stock and cook this for 1 minute. Add the santen and let it simmer slowly until the sauce has thickened.
