Urap Tolinjo (Sunda)
Stewed mixed vegetables with coconut


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 g snake/long beans
300 g bean sprouts
20 g melinjo peels
100 g grated coconut
2 salam leaves
4 cm lengkuas/laos
250 ml water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
6 cm kencur
6 cm jahe
4 red lomboks
1/2 tsp terasi/trasi
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the beans into 3 cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and lengkuas for 5 minutes. Then add the coconut and water and bring to a boil while stirring.
Then add the beans, melinjo and bean sprouts and cook until done.
