Cobek Belut
spicy marinated roasted eel


Bahan-bahan:
250 gr belut/eel
200 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
10 red rawits
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm kencur

Bumbu rendaman:
marinade:
3 cloves garlic, pureed
1/2 tsp salt
100 ml of water

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the eel. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well. Place the eel in it and let it marinate for at least 25 minutes. Then roast the eel over a charcoal fire until done.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a coarse paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Then add the water, salt and palm sugar and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the eel and cook until the sauce has thickened and almost evaporated. Serve.
