Sambal Goreng Remploh Ayam
spicy fried chicken stomachs
Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
500 gr chicken stomachs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 red lomboks
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
3 cm laos (galangal)
2 tomatoes
2 salam leaves
500 ml water
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:

Slice the lomboks, the garlic and the shallots fine. Cut the tomatoes into small pasrts. Heat in a pan the water and cook the stomachs, with the laos, the pepper, the salt and the salam for 10-15 minutes until the stomachs are soft. Remove the stomachs from the pan and let them drain on kitchenpaper.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks, the trasi and the tomatoes for 2 minutes. Add the stomachs and the nutmeg and fry it slowly for 10 minutes. Add a little stock or fry it dry and serve.
