Daging Tumis Leunca
fried beef with green nightshade

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400g beef
75g leunca / green nightshade
4 cloves garlic
5 shallots
2 jeruk purut
1 lemongrass
3 red chilies
3 green chilies
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
400 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Cut the garlic and the shallots into thin slices and the chilies in slanting rings.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots, jeruk purut, the lemongrass and chilies for 4 minutes. Add the meat and fry until browned. Add the leunca, the kecap, salt, palm sugar and water and cook slowly until done.
