Daging Masak Taoco
spiced baked stewed beef
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
700 gr beef
2 cm jahe
700 ml of water
oil
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 star anise
2 green lomboks
1 spring onion
3 tbsp tauco
1 tbspn kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp butter
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and bring tot the boil. Add the meat and the jahe and cook for 15 minutes. Spoon the meat out of the pan and cut into 2x2cm large pieces. Leave 350 ml of broth in the pan. Heat in a pan plenty of oil and fry the meat brown and set aside. Cut the onion into thin slices, the lomboks into thin rings, the spring onions in pieces and the garlic finely.
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the onion, garlic, lamboks and star anise for 3 minutes. Add the meat and mix. Then add the tauco, cheesecake, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix. Then add the broth slowly and cook it gently until the sauce has thickened. Then spoon in the spring onion and serve.
