Daging Kuah Kemiri
stewed beef in a kemiri sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr shank
150 gr baby potatoes
2 cm cinnamon
2 salam leaf
3 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1000 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
5 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 kemiri/candlenuts, roasted
9 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 cm jahe
2 cm lengkuas / laos
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Dice the meat. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the cinnamon, salam and serai for 6 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until it changes colour.
Add the baby potatoes, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the coconut milk and continue to cook until done.
