Angeun Bening Bayam

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
3 bunches of wild spinach
1 oyong (winged cucumber/Chinese okra/luffa)
1 carrot
1400 ml water

Bumbu:
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm kencur
1 cm temu kunci
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the oyong into pieces and the carrot into slices. Cut the shallots, garlic, kencur and temu kunci into thin slices.
Heat the water in a pan together with the bumbu and bring to the boil. Then add the oyong, carrot and spinach and cook until done. Serve.
