Satai Maranggi
spiced beef satay


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 g beef
water
5 tbsp kecap asin
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp butter
10 satay sticks

Haluskan:
bumbu:
50 g lengkuas/laos/galangal
3 cm jahe
1 tbsp ketumbar, roasted

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat some water in a pan and add the meat and cook on low heat until done. Scoop it out of the pan and cut it into 2 cm cubes.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Melt the butter and mix it with the bumbu, the kecaps and the meat.
Thread 5 pieces of meat on a stick at a time and roast it over a charcoal fire until brown. Delicious with sambal tomat.
