Sambel Goreng Kuwah
minced meat with bean in spicy sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr minced meat (pork, beef, chicken)
50 gr snake beans
2 red lomboks (large chilies)
2 cloves garlic
3 cm laos / galangal, crushed
2 shallots
1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
2 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 tbsp asem / tamarind
125 ml santen (coconut milk)
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Cut the snake beans into small pieces and cut the shallots, the lomboks and the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks together with the trassi, the jeruk purut and the laos for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry the meat loose. Add the snake beans, the salt, the asem and the santen and let it simmer slowly until tje snake beans are cooked.
