Orak Arik Ikan Peda Asin
egg stir fry with salted fish
Bahan bahan:
2 ikan peda (salted fish)
6 eggs
50 gr carrot
1-2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 green lomboks
3 green rawits
1 salam leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 spring onion

Cara membuat:
Soak the fish in water first, then pad dry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until brown, then pull it apart. Beat the eggs. Cut the carrot julienne. Cut the shallot and garlic into thin slices. Cut the lomboks and the rawits into oblique rings. Cut the spring onion into small pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic and salam for 2 minutes. Then add the lomboks and the rawits and fry until soft. Slide it to the edge of the pan and then add the eggs and fry it like a scrambled egg.
Then mix in the fish, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then mix in the spring onion and serve.
