Beef curry

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr beef
3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp oil
7 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
125 ml beef stock (see recipe)

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 cloves garlic
7 shallots
1 tbsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 tbsp jinten (cumin)
3 cm jahe (ginger)
2 green lomboks (large chilies)
3 red lomboks
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
cut the meat into cubes. Pound or grin the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bu,bu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry for 5 minutes. Put all ingredients into a crock / earthware pan and cook the meat slowly for 6 hours.
