Daging Tomat
slowly cooked beef with tomatoes
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef
2 onions
1 clove garlic
4 tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp palmsugar
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp butter
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the meat into pieces.Slice the onions, the garlic and the tomatoes fine. Heat in a pan the butter and fry the meat brown. Then add the onions, the salt, the pepper, the palmsugar, the tomatoes and the kecap and let it simmer slowly until the meat is done.
