Dendeng batokok

800 gr beef
2 tsp salt
1000 ml water
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp oil
½ jeruk purut leaf
2 tsp lime juice

9 green chilies
3 red onions
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and add the meat and salt and cook the meat for 30 minutes and drain. Cut the meat into thin slices and crush it. Pound or ground the garlic fine and mix with the lemon juice. Rub the meat with the mixture and let it rest for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat dry and scoop it out of the pan. Add the buumbu and jeruk purut and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and fry it for 2 minutes. Stir in the lime juice.
