Acar Kuning
mixed vegetables in sweet and sour sauce


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr cucumber
3 carrots
4 shallots
5 red lomboks
3 tbsp vinegar
water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves garlic
10 kemiri nuts, roasted
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 cm kunyit, roasted
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the cucumbers and halve them lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut them julienne. Cut the carrots julienne to the same size as the cucumber. Cut the shallots into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu finely into a paste.
Heat water in a pan and add the cucumber, carrots, shallots and lomboks and cook until half-done. Then scoop them out of the pan and set aside. Heat a pan and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Then add 400 ml of water and bring to the boil while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and add the vinegar and stir until smooth.
Then mix in the cucumber, carrots, shallots and lomboks and mix well. Serve.
