Semur Kerang Darah
spicy stewed mussels

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300g mussels/claims
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 nutmeg
500 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3cm jahe
1 tomato
3 lemongrass stalks
1/4 tsp salt
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Sprinkle the mussels/claims with lemon juice and salt and let stand for 20 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the mussels/claims and cook for 1 minute. Then add the kecap, pepper and nutmeg, followed by the water. Cook the mussels until done.
