Bala-Bala
spiced vegetable balls


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 g flour
50 g rice flour
150 ml water
2 carrots
4 cabbage leaves
2 spring onions
50 g bean sprouts
1 egg
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ketumbar
2 kemiri nuts, roasted
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the carrot julienne, finely chop the cabbage and spring onion. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Mix the rice flour with the flour. Then add the bumbu, carrots, cabbage, spring onion, bean sprouts, egg and water and knead into a homogeneous dough/batter.
Heat the oil in a pan and add a spoonful of the mixture at a time and fry until golden brown and done. Serve.
