Pais Jamur
steamed roasted spiced mushrooms


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr jamur merang/paddy straw mushrooms, otherwise mushrooms
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 red lombok
2 green lomboks
2 kemiri nuts
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp asam water
palm leaves
satay skewers

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Pound or grind the shallots, garlic and kemiri into a paste. Cut the lombok into thin rings. Mix all ingredients well and form a homogeneous mass.
Divide it into four portions and wrap each portion in banana leaves. Secure the ends with the satay skewers. Then steam the parcels for 15 minutes. Then roast them dry over a charcoal fire and serve.
