Tomat Rempah Daging
filled tomatoes
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients;
6 green tomatoes
250 gr minced meat
2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
4 red rawits (chillies)
2 eggs
salt to taste
bread crumbs
butter
Haluskan;
bumbu:
1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
2 cm laos
2 tsp ketumbar (coriander seeds)
1/2 tsp jinten (cumin seeds)
Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Pound the ingredients for the bumbu into a pasta. Cut the shallots, the garlic and the rawits thinly. Mix it with the bumbu, the salt and the eggs through the meat. Empty the tomatoes and fill them with the mixture.
Butter a ovendish and melt a bit of buter. Fill the ovendish with the tomatoes and cove them with the breadcrumbs and the melted butter. Fry the tomatoes in an oven at 180gr until the toamtoes are soft and a brown crust has formed.
