Kerang Masak Daun Jeruk
stewed mussels with citrus
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr kerang hijau / perna viridis, otherwise mussels
1 salam leaf
5 jeruk purut leaves
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 cm jahe
200 ml of water
2 asam kandis
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 cm laos / lengkuas
1 tbsp oil
water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 kemiri /candlenuts
4 cm kunyit
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
Cara membuat:
ingredients:
First cook the mussel in some water and remove it from the shell and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu with the salam, the jeruk purut, the serai, the laos and the jahe for 4 minutes. Then add the mussels and mix well. Then add the water, the asam kandis, the salt and the palmsugar and cook slowly until tender and until the flavors are well mixed.
