Udang Taoco
stir-fry prawns/shrimp with petai beans and taoco
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr tiger prawns
500 gr green beans / snake beans
30 petai / peteh beans
3 salam leaf
1 tbsp taoco
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp oil
4 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
2 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
2 cm jahe
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 green lomboks
3 red lomboks

Clean and peel the prawns. Cut the beans into small pieces. Halve the petai beans. Slice the garlic, shallots, laos, jahe, serai and lomboks into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, laos, jahe, serai, lomboks and salam for 6 minutes.
Then add the pranws and fry until they change colour. Then add the petai and the taoco and fry until golden brown. Then add the beans and fry until soft. Then mix in the salt and palm sugar and continue to cook until tender.
