Sop ikan patin

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr panga fillet 
800 ml of water
9 red rawits
5 shallots
5 cloves garlic
3 lemongrass 
4 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
3 salam leaves
3 cm jahe
1 cm kunyit
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
4 green tomatoes
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, kunyit and chillies into slices. Cut the fish into pieces and marinate it with salt and lime juice. Heat in a wok / wadjan the water and add the shallots, garlic, jahe, the rawits, the kunyit, the jeruk purut, the salam and the lemon grass and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Add the fish, salt, palm sugar, tomatoes and lime juice and stew the fish gently until cooked.
