Udang Tempoyak Bengkulu
shrimp in a spicy durian sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 g shrimp/prawns
13 petai/peteh beans
100 gr tempoyak (fermented durian)
3 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
250 ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 red lomboks
2 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
2 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the shrimps and peel them. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the coconut milk together with the bumbu, galangal and tempoyak in a pan and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the shrimps and petai and cook until done.
Then add the salt and palm sugar and cook on low heat until the sauce thickens. Serve.
