spiced stewed lamb

Bahan bahan:
ingredients:
1000 g lamb (or goat)
500 ml thick coconut milk (kental of 1 coconut)
1000 ml water (2 times)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
3 tbsp oil

Bumbu rempah:
spices:
3 salam leaves
3 jeruk purut leaves
2 serai/sereh/lemongr
2 cm lengkuas/galangal/laos
3 kapulaga/cardamom
2 cloves
1 star anise
2 cm cinnamon

Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 shallots
8 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks (seeded to taste)
2 cm jahe/ginger
3 cm kunyit, roasted
2 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Heat the water in a pan and cook the meat for 10 minutes. Then drain it. Top up the water and cook the meat until almost done.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbus for 6 minutes. Then add it to the meat together with the salt and palm sugar and cook until the meat is done.
Then add the coconut milk and cook until the oil is released and the sauce thickens. Serve.
