Ayam Iloni
spicy spiced stewed chicken
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr chicken breast / fillet
750 ml of coconut milk
8 red rawits
3 salam leaves
2 pandan leaf
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
12 red lomboks
5 kemiri nuts
3 cm jahe
3 cm kunyit
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the salam, the pandan, the sereh and the rawits and fry until soft. Then add the meat and fry until it changes color. Then stir in the coconut milk and the salt and cook until the meat is done and the sauce is thickened. Remove the meat from the pan and bake or roast it over a charcoal fire until brown.
