Cah Buncis Cakalang Gendot
stewed beans with fish

100 gr tuna/cakalang
200 gr snakebeans
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
2 salam
2 cm galangal
4 gendot peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
150 ml water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Chop the tuna and cut the snakebeans into diagonal pieces. Cut the shallots and garlic into slices. Cut the chilies diagonally into slices and gendot into strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, chilies, the salam and galangal for 3 minutes. Add the gendot, tuna, snakebeans, salt, pepper and palm sugar and stir well. Then add the water and stew until done.
