mixed vegetables in spicy sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr snake beans
100 gr bean sprouts
2 salam leaves
250 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
250 ml of water
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 red lomboks
6 red rawits
1 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 kemiri nut
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 cm kencur
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the beans into small pieces. Mix the water with the coconut milk. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan of oil and fry the bumbu with the salam for 3 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the beans and cook it gently until done. Then add the palmsugar and the salt and mix well. Then add the bean sprouts and cook until done. Then mix in the lime juice and serve.
