Sambal Goreng Kol
spicy stir-fry of cabbage with shrimp and petai
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr of cabbage
50 gr dried prawns, soaked
13 patai / peteh beans
300 ml of thin coconut milk (encer)
1 salam leaf
4 cm lengkuas / galangal
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tomato
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 red lomboks
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tbsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the cabbage finely and halve the petai beans. Cut the tomato into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the laos for 3 minutes. Then add the cabbage, the tomato, the petai, the prawns and the palmsugar and fry until soft.
Then add the coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring and cook it further until done.
